Robert M. Borsh, Jr. (Bob) is a seasoned business professional holding positions up to and including President and CEO. Utilizing research based skills and harnessing the intelligence and creativity of his employees, Bob had successfully transformed his start-up company (2001) into the nation’s largest specialty ornamental wholesale distributor.

and a three year consecutive award winner of the prestigious Aggie 100 Award (fastest growing Aggie owned business, worldwide). Besides his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Borsh has considerable experience in manufacturing sales and in the international distribution arena. Since Bob sold his company in April of 2010 he serves on many professional boards, consults businesses worldwide, and is a guest lecturer and keynote speaker at Texas A&M University. In addition, Bob has recently purchased an ownership stake in a karate studio where he teaches; is a professional fly guide and instructor for Dan’s Fly Shop in Lake City, CO; is a seasonal professional (Level III) ski instructor at Crested Butte CO; and a part-time professor in the business school at Western State College in Gunnison CO. Mr. Borsh received his undergraduate degree (BS) in Business Studies from SUCNY @ Buffalo and his Master’s Degree in Industrial Distribution (Supply Chain Management in Applied Engineering) from Texas A&M University. Bob’s high energy, years of fly fishing experience (began in 1977 in the beautiful Pocono Mountains and the Allentown, PA area), and participative teaching style will make your time on the water both educational and fun.
